GENERAL TOS
What are Ichgors?
Ichgor are a closed species owned by Airis Xurryls Ya’guri and are not allowed to be created freely without the owners' expressed permission. Members are required to be 18+ to acquire an Ichgor and to join and partake in the species events and discord.Nothing involving the species may be used in any blockchain related technology, to include NFT’s, cryptocurrency or future inventions in the space.Failure to adhere to this rule regarding blockchains will result in an immediate blacklisting from the species. Please read the rules of the species thoroughly before acquiring one of your own, as you will be agreeing to these rules when you accept ownership of a design whether it be via purchase, trade or gift, etc.When joining this community you are expected to treat the admins, mods and any member with respect. Do not be rude or harass members for any reason and if there should be any issues within the community contact a mod or admin. Admins and mods are here to help members within the community and as such in return we expect to be respected accordingly as the people who run the community to the best of our ability.
The rules set are expected to be followed. We ask that you keep things such as personal drama between the people involved and not drag it into our community. Regardless of how mature some subject in this species and its lore can be, we ask that you keep real life subjects such as politics, war etc out of the community as it can be upsetting to many. Situations of art theft, rip-offs and other such situations are taken seriously and should be brought to the team with the necessary proof and information.
Ways to acquire + Ownership
Ichgors can only be acquired through official means, in the way of flatsale adopts, auctions, raffles and events. Apart from this, one can get custom design work done by OA or purchase one through trading or selling within the community as long as they respect the sale TOS.
We do not permit co-ownership of Ichgors.
Purchasing an Ichgor whether it be sales or resales , you are purchasing only partial rights to their intellectual property.
The creator retains all rights to their work; credit to their design and art, Creator to their species. You cannot claim the species and design as your own.
This includes but is not limited to the right to use work created by the official staff as samples for sales and self-promotion.
Property of an ichgor does not allow for branding, mass selling, merchandising or creation of other closed species off the design. Species shifting a design to another closed species without Xurryl's permission will get the ichgor voided.
Design Changes
Trait shifting is prohibited.
Upgrades are provided through the owner Xurryls when open.
Simplifying the design is absolutely ok. As well as changing clothes, just make sure they fit the lore and region especially if you are partaking in official Ichgor community events.
Alternative clothings and aesthetics that do not fit the world are permitted as long as it is SPECIFICALLY stated it is an AU version of the character.
You cannot shift an ichgors’ subspecies or faction without the necessary steps and approval. This requires a new reference and changes to fit it.
It is necessary to get mod approval on changes regarding your Ichgor, by this we encourage you contacting the team through the Discord Server and not DM Xurryls as you might not get a quick reply through him.
Do's and Don'ts
Do not remove/change/edit an Ichgors Masterlist ID in TH. The ID allows us to track the design.
[ ID looks like so: [#001] ] Owners seeing actively ignoring this rule can risk their design being voided.Creating minor characters in LORE for your character to be related to/have relations with is allowed, however you cannot make them fully fledged designs. They must remain anonymous shapes/silhouettes in any illustrative work or writing. These minor characters are considered an accessory to the Ichgor. To get a full design of these minor characters, you need a custom or to adopt another Ichgor. A MYO is rare and can only be acquired through Xurryls Himself. The MYO has the determined rarity and it is not allowed to upgrade these without an official upgrade. Note these tickets are mostly given to STAFF and are not for sale to general public as of right now.AU AND CLOSED SPECIES
You may create AU versions of your Ichgor. However they are restricted to non-closed-species only (Unless said species is owned by you). When transferring ownership of your Ichgor, any and all AU designs must either be nullified or forfeited to the new owner. Xurryls does in no shape or form allow for CS Custom designs to be done off the pre-existing ichgors. And will not species-shift an already established character in a custom, especially if its from another closed species.VOIDING AND UNVOIDING
Voiding means that the ichgor will no longer be considered part of the species until un-voided, this is not always a punishment, but also a term for people who wish to take the design off the species. Users who become blacklisted due to repeated rule breaking of community guidelines and TOS will have their Ichgor voided. If you purchased a voided Ichgor and want it to re-listed on the masterlist you can contact server mods and they’ll get you sorted. Voided ichgors do NOT take part in official lore nor events. Other instances of voiding is if an owner cannot be located (example; Ichgor was sold and mods not notified). In those cases they will be un-voided once the owner is found.
SALE AND TRADE
Tradeability & Reselling
Gifted ichgors have a standard value of 0$ and cannot be sold for money unless there is additional art.
Event items have $0 dollar value.
You must update ownership transfers in the appropriate channel within the discord server.
Once sold/traded an Ichgor will enter a cooldown period. The cooldown starts the moment the ML has been updated. An Ichgor cannot be sold, traded nor gifted until said cooldown has finished.
When advertising to sell or trade your Ichgor, you must provide the original value you purchased and all images/art of them so the buyer can oversee the value.
An Ichgor can only be sold for its initial price unless additional art has been added. Unreasonably inflating an Ichgors price is prohibited. (This is to avoid scamming.)
Unknown sales will result in the character being voided until the new owner is located and provides proof of ownership. This is a safety measure to ensure no scamming occurs.
A reminder that the team can only monitor so much, should you purchase an Ichgor you are responsible for checking their value (you may ask mods or even the community for assistance). Should a scam happen the best we can do is ban the scammer and ask them to refund you but we cannot provide a refund out of our pockets.
If anything in the official ML is out of date please ask a Mod to update it accordingly, some things may slip our hands.
An Ichgor that has been traded may only be traded, gifted or vouchered.
An Ichgor that has been traded for a mixed offer ( money+art/characters ), may be resold for the money amount you have paid for plus what you are seeking in trade. Alternatively you may voucher them for the full worth of what you have paid plus the worth of item/art/character you have traded.
All vouchers must be approved by an Ichgor Mod, to avoid any scamming/price inflation. We will require that you inform us how you have obtained the ichgor, and what amount you should like to voucher them for.
An Ichgor maybe vouchered for the full worth of the items you have traded/paid for them, or for lower than that.
You may not ask to voucher them for their full original price, unless you have obtained them for such.
The seller is responsible of transferring the design in Toyhouse with ALL its art pieces attached.
General instructions
Please list sale accordingly + The exchange is done after the character is sent + You must be clear on what’s being sold/exchangedIchgors are meant to be sold only to 18+ users due to its subject matter and to follow Paypal/payment services T.O.S. Any owned by minors will be voided and rejected from accessing Ichgor content until they turn of age or resell. We encourage you use our exchange channel when you advertise a sale but it is not required.
The cooldown of an ichgor after an exchange is 1 month.
Vouchers are allowed as long as mods are given proof. Gift/Traded Art should not be considered when calculating ichgor value. If you are trying to buy an Ichgor and suspect the price has been inflated feel free to ask mods/community for verification.
Nothing is official until its stated in the masterlist, all existing artwork of the ichgor must be given to new owner When doing an exchange we encourage not handing over the ichgor until the buyer completes their payment (art or usd). When the payment is made and both people agreed to it prior, ownership will go to the buyer since the seller already accepted the verbal conditions of the sale and got their exchange. Reversing this can only be done if the Seller pays back the value given to them.
Selling or trading ichgors to blacklisted users can and will get you blacklisted.TRADES & GIFTS
Be wary of people reselling an Ichgor acquired through gift/trade. It is discouraged to sell a design that hasn't been purchased and will result in a warning. Should the user have added art to their ichgor after a trade/gifting this can be added as resale value. Most transfers will be noted on the airtable masterlist with the date of the transfer and its sale value at the time. Please use this as a tool to verify for yourself the ownership and value. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How can i acquire a Custom?Customs are only available from Xurryls through their Ko-fi. When their slots open, they will take a custom at that time period. Being part of their ko-fi will not automatically guarantee you a custom spot since their schedule is very busy.
Can I change the design of my ichgor?Major design changes are not allowed but you can make minor ones, they simply must be approved by the team. Further info can be found in our TOS. Subspecies shifting is prohibited.
Can ichgors from different subspecies interact?Yes, but on a limited degree, the only ichgors fully cut off from the world are EXILES, which you can read about on the website. Have this in mind when purchasing ichgors.
Can i give them pets?Yes! you may make pets for your Ichgors. We just ask you to keep in mind the world they exist in, and should the design be too far-fetched we may ask for some adjustments. Many example of pets are present in the ichgor Worldbuilding site. There is however a list of speciality creatures that u can only acquire via purchase, event, contest etc. These are limited due to their importance in lore and the world. Other than these you may make critters as much u want!
Can I make more clothes for my ichgor?Absolutely! Do keep in mind their culture when you do but you have free reign to make them new outfits whenever you want!
Can I make a new ref sheet for my ichgor?You may make as many as you want as long as the design stays the same (or is within the limits of the changes allowed)!
Why do I have to be 18+ to buy an ichgor?This is for a variety of reasons. One is paypal requires you to be 18 years of age. The species also touches upon some very sensitive subjects and as such it was deemed best to limit the species to 18+ and above.
Can I sell or trade my ichgor? Can i trade for other species?Yes! Please refer to our TOS for further info on resale and trading. You may trade it for anything you deem worth trading for!
Can you make products off Ichgors?You may not use Ichgors for monetary purposes. This includes, but not limited to, selling merchandise with your Ichgor on it. This falls under commercial use and you do not purchase a commercial license along your Ichgor.
You may however make products for personal use only.

Where can I get the brush(es) for Halos?Xurryls has a brush pack on his kofi you can download for free.
There are also many in the community who have made their own and are happy to share with you theirs! Just ask and I'm certain they will provide!
How often do events happen?As of right now, events happen as frequent as time allows for staff. This also applies to Guest Artist positions.

GUEST ARTISTS
Basics
Must be 18 or above to partake and sell designs.
Must use Paypal only and USD currency & follow the species TOS/ Guide.
Must be in the Discord Server and an Ichgor owner in order to partake as a GA.
NO Auctions will be held, all Ichgors are priced according to the season.
GA slots are not permanent and participating as a GA does not guarantee a rerun. If by any reason a GA breaks the rules they will be blacklisted from the position.
As GA, you'll be given a limited timespan for the creation of the Ichgors. Alpha class. You can only make up to uncommon rarity traits.
Minimum requirement of art for design: 1 fullbody, 1 headshot demonstrating teeth or tongue. 1 chibi. This must come with clear and readable graphic design. And it is assumed the artist understands the intricacies between subspecies to be able to demonstrate them successfully.
Ichgors will come with name, occupation and (optional) backstory to provide the owner some inspiration.
Minimum requirement for information in design: Traits, Race, Color Palette, Sex. Toyhouse must be formatted appropriately with number and information and official TOS and masterlist must be linked.
GA can be blacklisted for infringing species code of conduct and rules like any other member. If there is any unsold design while the blacklisting process ensues, that design will become property of the species and sold by the owner. All earnings then will proceed to charity.
It is encouraged to do designs of traits and features that are lacking in the community such as holograms and halos yet to be put into use and a wide arrange of colors that follow the subspecies's rules. Rarities are expected to be balanced in the designs made and prioritized.
25% of the funds earned goes to the owner of the species, Xurryls. After the GA receives the money they must pay the 25% cut to Xurryls via the paypal email provided by himself.
Payment to the GA must be done within 48 hrs, if the buyer fails to fulfill the ichgor will be back on sale.
Applicants
Openings for this role are done through Xurryl's Discord server on fixed periods of time. After a GA period is over, staff is always open to give a general feedback in case the applicant wants to reapply next season. GA spots are done with the purpose of bringing fresh new ideas into the community and applying does not guarantee you a slot. Please consider our quality level and details for our references before applying, as you'll be expected to follow this same level of quality.
EVENTS AND ITEMS
In the Ichgor species there are is a variety of items and add-ons to your ichgor that can only be aquired through events and others. These items are meant to help you expand upon the design and history of your ichgor.
The events done with items rewards seek for an owner to further explore their art and character related to a theme.
Members will receive 1 item per event, the rarity of this will be determined by [1D20] rolled by the admins.
A member may submit multiple entries depending on the event. This will not change that the member will receive only one item.
Every artwork entry is expected to have the same level of polish as your skills have shown beforehand. “Half-Assed” entries can risk the member not receiving their item. Every event will have a minimum requirement for entry.
Mods are allowed to disband entries if deemed unfit, poor quality or does not follow the rules.
All items received are 1 use only. After winning an item. it will be stored in your vault.
All items are OWNER LOCKED until used on a ichgor of choice. After use, those items will be ICHGOR LOCKED. The item will be taken off your vault and if the ichgor is sold, the item translates with them.
The monetary value of event items is ZERO. People found pricing items for sale will be blacklisted from events. This also applies to selling items.
Item can be given to any specific ichgor of your choosing despite joining an event with a different ichgor. It can also be gifted, but not given back. After an item is on a ichgor, that is PERMANENT.
All event items are MYOs and can be altered as much as the items rules allow. It must undergo mod approval in the ichgor server under our approval channel.
